The Ginger-Tragic: a Jasun original cocktail.
Ok this might be done elsewhere under another name. Je ne give a flying fuck pas, I came up with it on my own.
Skin and dice a ginger root, boil it in two cups of water, let it reduce and add more water, repeat until you have a strong ginger syrup. Strain out the ginger and refrigerate the liquid.
Once it’s chilled, mix an ounce of the ginger syrup, an ounce of orange juice and 3 ounces of mandarin vodka, shake and serve with a lemon twist.
A nice drink with Mongolian barbecue.
I’m adding “je ne give a flying fuck pas” to my vocabulary immediately.

‘Je ne give a flying fuck pas’ is simply perfect and the recipe looks very good indeed (except I’d probably add a half teaspoon of honey to it).
