This clip was sent to me by a GDH reader. I had no idea that One Life To Live had gone where no soap has gone before, but they’ve now had Daytime Drama’s first gay sex scene. I guess we can say that by allowing a whole army of home makers to see our relationships as just as real as their own it helps us. We can also say that the men doing the deed are hot. Officer Fish (Scott Evans) and Kyle Lewis (Brett Claywell) will have a relationship on the show and yes… it’s a soap opera which mean that a third gay cop will come in as a spoiler.

Actually I watched this soap opera when i was a teen and they had two teenage boys kiss on it, one happened to be Ryan Phillipe!, and no surprise they would shoe two men making love next.
WOW. I had heard about this, and that Scott Evans is Chris Evans’ (Fantastic Four) gay brother. WOW.

I grew up on soaps (six sisters and 1 television – you do the math) but I had weened myself off in the early 90′s. That is until this summer. I was on vacation with my kids and while they were napping I turned on the the television which happened to be on OLTL and happend to be showing two men kissing! I’ve been watching every since. It’s my guitly pleasure.
The best part is that Scott Evans is openly gay, gorgeous and just an overall nice guy from the interviews I’ve been reading. His brother is more famous but hopefully he’ll get there.
being from the UK we don’t see this, but that was not what I’d say was a sex scene, love scene maybe. it was two guys kiss, get into bed, cut to two guys laying then cuddling in bed.
BUT the Guy & Girl sex you almost saw the whole thing, there was no mistake they had sex.
Yes there is more to gay guys than sex, the emotional relationship is part of it as is the fact two guys can love each other too, and that does need to be shown and it was.
Did it have to have the cheesy porn music? I don’t watch Daytime television, even though I don’t work, and generally there’s nothing on but daytime television.
And on ABC no less! I’m very impressed.
